Refuting Catholic Justifications of Violence 1

“Why do you call me Lord Lord, and do not what I say?” – Truth Incarnate – quoted from the Holy Gospel according to St Mark 6:46

One of the foremost and classic justifications that Catholics use to justify violence is using the Cleansing of the Temple (notably from the Holy Gospel of John – which is the only Gospel which mentions the notorious “cords”).
